For 3D Printing Filament and 3D Printer Parts and Accessories, delivery takes 2 to 3 days after cleared payment

For custom 3D Printed Parts, delivery takes 3 to 5 working days (depending on the print)

For 3D Printers, delivery takes 3 to 4 weeks

3D Printers includes cost of delivery.

All other items are exclusive of delivery

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns.

For 3D Printed parts, we can however offer a re-print if the error was found to be from our side

You will need to export the 3D model of your design to stl format, and upload it to the website to get a quote

Your 3D model will have to be in STL format for us to generate a quote for you

The maximum size we can 3D Print is 400mm x 400mm x 450mm

Bigger models can be printed in parts and assembled afterwards

No we don’t. Our minimum order quantity is one

We have most of the basic colours available. Unfortunately, we don’t have the more exotic colours like “cockroach brown and “agbalumo orange”

We have a range of 3D Printing plastic materials available including PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU and Nylon

If you’re already familiar with the various 3D Printing materials available, you can request your part to be 3D Printed with a particular material. Otherwise, we will use our professional judgement to select the best material to meet your needs. (e.g if it’s a machine part, we could use ABS…)
